Margie Beth Shaw, known as MB, is the lead agent for her team, MB Group at Keller Williams Realty. Raised in New York, MB moved south in 1996. She is the proud mother of five amazing children and most recently the proud Grandmother to her first granddaughter, Millie. While her children will always be number one in her life, her path as a home stager and Realtor® is a close second. After training at the New York Institute of Art and Design, Margie Beth began her staging and Realtor® career in 2014. Offering complimentary staging for vacant homes & apartment units and providing professional photographs helped launch her Realtor® career and brought her into the areas she now specializes in, Multi-family commercial properties, single-family investment properties , and of course, residential homes sales. She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. Her motto is “Impressions Matter” and she gives nothing less than 100% for every client. In 2017, MB was voted Salesperson of the Year by the Birmingham Association of Realtors. She also achieved top 5 KW single agent for the Southeast Region, placing her at the top of Birmingham and 1st in the State for the month of November 2022 for Keller Williams. From 2018 to 2020, she hosted her own radio show, “Let’s Talk Birmingham,” a local talk radio show that highlighted and promoted local businesses, nonprofits, and led discussions on community growth, development, and the arts. Margie Beth serves nationally on the Consumer Communications Committee for NAR and has served on the Executive Committee for the Alabama Association of Realtors. As the 2025 Alabama Association of REALTORS® president, Marge Beth brings a deeply personal connection to the theme she’s chosen for her presidency: “Advocates at Heart.” As she begins her term, Marge Beth is ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities, working alongside members to make 2025 a year of growth, connection and success for Alabama REALTORS®.
